Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of CBT that focuses on helping clients to improve their emotional regulation and interpersonal relationships. DBT is often used to treat individuals with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions, such as borderline personality disorder.
